My first shell I incorporated wire onto it to show variation and differentiate each of them from it's process. Abstractly I wanted to build a mermaid transforming from the shell. I used the shell as the mermaid tail and domes to represent her face. For my final touchings I petina'd the shells for a more aquatic look.
